The featured speaker at our next Meeting on January 30th will be Flem Rogers, he is an expert on period weapons, and you will really enjoy his presentation weapons used during the American Revolutionary War.

Flem Rogers is an avid historian. He specializes in arms development of the 18th and 19th centuries with an emphasis on the Civil War and Texana. He has worked as an advisor and consultant with several museums and has published articles regarding this field. Flem has been a member of several arms collecting organizations for more than 35 years. He often speaks to these organizations as well as fine folks like you.

He and his wife live in East Columbia, in a home built in the 1840s. East Columbia was established by Stephen F. Austin in 1824 and will be celebrating its 200th anniversary next year.
